Rolf & Patricia Schmidt have been involved in the Food Service Industry in the Lake Sunapee Region for over 10 years in various capacities.

During that time we have accumulated extensive experience in catering small and large functions, either at location or off-site. We will always do our best to serve your needs.

Rolf has lived on three continents and traveled to over 140 countries. You will find a menu that is varied and includes a large number of international specialties, reflecting this background.

Patricia learned how to bake in her mother's kitchen.  Many recipes have been passed down in the family.  Patricia has created wedding cakes and gourmet desserts for a long time and is well qualified to handle any of your needs.

We pride ourselves in using only the finest ingredients available and will not compromise the quality of food and service we provide.
