Menu items are color coded as follows to indicate price level:
Black - Moderate
Blue - Medium

Please be guided by the following when planning your function:
- Small Functions (up to 20 Persons) can generally be scheduled on short notice. This applies to home food deliveries,
office deliveries and small fully catered affairs.
- Large functions, such as weddings, require advance planning. Several meetings will be necessary to determine menu format,
type of service and equipment needs.
- Ethnic food service, such as German, Thai, Singapore, etc. require 14 days notice, due to preparation complexities.
- We will ask you for an estimated guest count for planning and costing purposes. We will ask for a guaranteed guest count
for large functions 30 days prior to the function date. For small functions we will ask for a guaranteed guest count 7 days
prior to the function date.
- At the time of furnishing us with the guaranteed guest count, we will ask you to sign a contract and give a non-refundable
deposit of 30% of the estimated total cost.
- A 18% Service charge is added to all invoices.
Glossary of Terms:
Home or office delivery - Food is delivered to specified location in appropriate service containers with utensils.
We will pick up equipment and utensils the following day. No cleaning is necessary. No Chef will be on the premises.
Home or office catering - All food and equipment is delivered to specified location. A Chef and whatever help is deemed
necessary will be on the premises. It may be necessary to utilize kitchen facilities for warming of food.
Full service catering - This includes the furnishing of all table settings, such as china, silverware, tablecloths,
napkins, etc. We will furnish this service only for sit-down dinners for up to 12 persons. There is no restriction for buffet
dinners.
Access to premises - For catering services, it is generally necessary to have access to the premises about 3 hours
prior to the function time. It is also helpful if a short previous visit can be made to determine layout and to survey available
facilities.
Offsite catering - This applies to occasions where the function is held at a third party location, such as a function
hall. Contact with the proprietor of that location is essential to determine service level.
